Our Switch Kit allows you to enter all your information into an automated system. Once you’ve entered your information, the system automatically creates a complete set of individually customized letters, forms, and checklist, which is ready for printing and mailing.

Open an account with Box Elder County Credit Union

Come into one of our office locations and bring your personal identification to open your free Box Elder Credit Union account. You will need to bring a minimum of $25 to deposit into your new savings account. Once you’re approved, you’re ready to benefit from all the perks and advantages of membership. In addition, you’ll be able to sign up for free Online Banking and free Online Bill Pay–saving you even more time & money!


Transfer your deposits, automatic payments, and direct deposits

Begin your transition away from old accounts at your former institution. You’ll need to leave sufficient funds in long enough for outstanding transactions to clear. Once you’ve verified that your last checks, direct deposits and automatic payments have been posted, you can then close it out completely.


Close your old accounts

That’s it! You’re done!
